As the Sync Operations and Reporting Manager, you will report to the Licensing Administration team and work closely with the global Sync Licensing team, global Finance teams and Global IT teams to ensure that financial, system and reporting functions related to sync licensing are operating effectively. This role combines operations, business/financial analysis, database management, cash processing, and financial reconciliation. On a daily basis, you will oversee the A/R functions for the Licensing team including processing cash receipts, preparing weekly cash reconciliations, preparing weekly aging reports, and following up with past-due clients. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing monthly revenue reports for finance and preparing global reporting for leadership, including maintaining dashboards and data visualizations. You will run point on any database enhancements and be the internal point person on operational objectives between Licensing, IT, and Finance. You should love data, Excel, Salesforce, and want to tell a story with data visualization.
