About The Position
Part-time Switcher position supporting the Midnight Sort. Scheduled days are Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined. No education or prior experience is required. A valid driver’s license and maintenance of a Department of Transportation (DOT) file are required. The role involves following work and safety instructions, accurately sorting packages, and using basic tools and equipment in a fast-paced team environment. Work may take place in hot or cold temperatures, around fumes, or in areas with loud noise. Pay is listed as $22.10–$23.10; actual compensation may depend on job-related factors, including experience, location, schedule, and work assignment.
Requirements

- Ability to maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) file.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions regarding work duties and safety methods.
- Ability to discern numbers and information to sort packages correctly.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience as a package handler or experience as a switching/CDL operator is preferred.
