About The Position

Milkco is seeking a 3rd Shift Switcher Driver to work in their shipping yard in Asheville. CDL is not required, and drivers are home every day after every shift. Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant established in 1982, processing, bottling, and shipping fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. The company has grown from 50 to over 250 employees, offering steady, stable work without layoff risks and many career opportunities for learning, growth, and advancement.

Requirements

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco)
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening
• Must be able to work outdoors in variable weather
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Moving trailers around the shipping yard
• Recording trailer temperatures and yard inventory
• Washing trailers
• General shipping yard management
