About The Position
Join the MercyOne Genesis family! We are looking to hire a Switchboard Operator! As a Switchboard Operator at MercyOne Genesis, you will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service for all calls processed at the switchboard communication center. You will also provide immediate response in the proper manner to all emergency alarms and equipment alerts, and monitor security areas as needed.
