Operates communications console, performs overhead pages, and is the hub for emergency management monitoring and crisis situations. Ability to remain calm and perform duties efficiently under stress. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Manual dexterity. Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and interact with all age groups. Computer skills required. High school level of knowledge preferred.
