About The Position

Responsible for operating a multi-line switchboard while routing and directing patients, guests and vendors to the appropriate place. Responsible for maintaining Physician/Clinical/Non-Clinical call schedules. Responsible for answering Emergency lines and notification of Emergency Response Teams via Paging, Texting, email and/or use of overhead paging system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• 2 years Telecom experience preferred
