About The Position

Operates facility switchboard to help customers and staff with calls, emergency assistance and to route all incoming and outgoing telephone calls placed through the switchboard. Receives direction from: Assistant Administrator.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Basic telephone and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain a friendly tone while assisting callers
• Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position
