About The Position

Aquatics Academy is seeking experienced swim instructors with a minimum of 3 years of experience to teach students swimming skills. The role involves teaching semi-private and private classes to children typically between the ages of 3 and 10 years old. Instructors will work autonomously in a positive environment with excellent staff retention. The position offers a year-round schedule with the opportunity to develop and progress with students through different levels. A standard background check is required, along with a copy of a photo ID, SS card, and relevant certifications. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications must be current.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of instructor experience.
• Strong background in teaching swimming.
• Reliable attendance.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (must be up to date if not already).
• Copy of photo ID, SS card, and certifications required.
• Pass a standard background check.
