Requirements

• Strong communication skills for effectively conveying swim techniques and ensuring students feel comfortable and engaged.
• Patient and empathetic approach, as each student learns at their own pace, and fostering a positive learning environment is vital.
• Adaptability and innovation to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Strong observational skills for assessing students' progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Solid foundation in swim instruction and water safety principles to confidently lead classes and create an atmosphere that prioritizes safety.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality swim instruction tailored to various skill levels.
• Engaging with students, creating personalized lesson plans that foster both aquatic safety and skill development.
• Leading lessons in a clear, enthusiastic manner, adjusting techniques based on individual progress.
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic pool environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular equipment checks.
