About The Position
Nitro Swimming is hiring Swim Instructors at its Cedar Park location. Instructors teach children swimming, a life-saving skill. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided to prepare instructors for the role. After successful paid training, instructors earn $20 per hour, with reviews at 90 days and 180 days for potential increases. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available for weekday afternoons beginning at 3:30 p.m. The position includes at least three weekday afternoon/evening shifts and two Saturday mornings per month. Additional shifts may be available.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.

- Have reliable and flexible availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and two Saturday mornings per month.
