About The Position
DPR is seeking a Swim Instructor to create confidence in swimmers of all ages. This role involves leading engaging lessons, crafting personalized development plans, creating fun and energetic learning environments, providing encouraging feedback, maintaining safety protocols, and building relationships with students and their families.
Requirements
- Strong swimming abilities across various techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient teaching style
- Adaptability to different learning styles and needs
- Genuine enthusiasm for water safety and teaching
Nice To Haves
- Current lifeguard/CPR certifications
- Previous swim instruction experience
Responsibilities
- Leading engaging one-on-one and/or small group lessons
