Requirements
- Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with kids is essential!
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliability and dedication are key to our team.
- Dependable Transportation: Ensure you can make it to shifts consistently.
- Commitment: We ask for a minimum commitment of at least 4 months.

Responsibilities
- Teach swimming techniques with a focus on safety and skill development, keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
- Evaluate each student’s progress and tailor your teaching methods to fit their unique needs.
- Keep an eye on participants to ensure everyone is safe and having fun during lessons.
- Team up with fellow instructors to enhance our programs and share your ideas for improvement.
- Engage with students and parents, offering insights on performance and areas for growth.
- Be proactive in maintaining safety across the facility as needed.
