They are looking for a Swim Instructor to join their Family Activities Team. In this role, the Swim Instructor will inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities through engaging, high-quality lessons that build confidence, skills, and a lifelong love of the water. They will create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment while delivering exceptional member experiences and contributing to the success of the swim program.
Requirements
- Swim England/ASA Level 2 in Teaching Swimming or STA Level 2 Certificate in Swimming Teaching
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to respond appropriately and professionally to everyone in all manners, including face to face, over the phone, and via email correspondence.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring all poolside activities and scheduled swimming lessons are promoted effectively and delivered to the highest standard, creating an exceptional experience for members.
- Developing creative and innovative classes following the Swim England (ASA) national plan for Teaching Swimming.
- Providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all members within the pool and surrounding areas.
- Delivering great customer service by providing personal attention and care to all members.
- Accurately completing records for the function to track attendance and improvements in fitness, ensuring individual, team, and department targets are consistently met.
- Working closely with Swim management to meet and exceed set targets and objectives, helping to achieve commercial success within the department and wider Club team.
