About The Position

We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable Swim Instructors who are passionate about helping children and adults achieve success in and around the water. Whether you're working with a toddler taking their first splash or an adult overcoming a lifelong fear of the water, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, encouraging, and fun learning environment.

• Must be able to work in the water for extended periods and comfortably demonstrate swimming skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience teaching swim lessons, coaching, lifeguarding, childcare, education, or working with youth is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Lifeguard certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging swim lessons for students of all ages and skill levels, from infants through adults.
• Build confidence while helping swimmers develop water safety and swimming skills.
• Create a positive, supportive, and energetic atmosphere during every lesson.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet each swimmer's individual needs and learning style.
• Communicate professionally with parents and swimmers, celebrating progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe learning environment by following all safety procedures and maintaining constant supervision.
• Arrive prepared, organized, and ready to teach each lesson with enthusiasm.
• Work collaboratively with fellow instructors to create an exceptional experience for every family.
