About The Position
The Swim & Dive Student Manager role supports all aspects of team life including workout support, administrative support, data entry, time taking and various other managements for meets and everyday practice. Transferable Skills: Include but are not limited to those of organization, leadership, coaching, instruction, and time management.
Requirements
- Background in competitive swimming
- Computer skills
- Data entry skills
- Friendly, professional relationships with peers and staff
Responsibilities
- Daily workout support in the form of split taking, videoing, technical support, and other duties directed by the coaches.
