About The Position

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is hiring a dependable, safety-minded SWD Operator at its Bourg, Louisiana facility. The operator runs, monitors, and maintains salt water disposal equipment; safely offloads and processes produced water from transport trucks; records equipment readings, daily volumes, and incident reports; and keeps the worksite clean and safe. The role follows environmental and safety protocols and requires effective communication with coworkers and drivers. The schedule is a 14/7 rotation of day and night shifts, with overtime built in. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience, with limited housing available.

Requirements

Willingness to work 14/7 rotating day and night shifts.
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to safety practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

Previous SWD (Salt Water Disposal) Operator experience.
Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment, including pumps, valves, and tanks.
Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks.
Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports.
Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
Follow environmental and safety protocols.
