Swan Boat Attendant - Lake Eola Park
About The Position
This position involves operating the swan boat concession at Lake Eola Park. Primary duties include greeting guests, renting boats, providing information on boat operation, fees, and the park in general, and ensuring boats are clean and in proper working order. The attendant is also responsible for keeping the entire work area, including the boat ramp and waiting area, clean and presentable. Monitoring safety and security issues is also a key aspect of the role. All work is performed outdoors on a boat dock. This is a part-time, temporary/seasonal contract position with no guarantee of a certain number of hours and no benefits. The contract can be renewed annually based on performance and business need.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screen
