About The Position

Supports multi-channel marketing programs to raise brand awareness and drive people through the client relationship life cycle.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Marketing technology platforms including website content management systems (preferably ContentStack), Marketing automation (Marketo), and CRM best practices.
  • Knowledge and aptitude of website CMS (preferably ContentStack) platform expertise, including timely and accurate updates of content and functionality.
  • Comprehensive digital knowledge of CMS, marketing automation, CRM, search engine marketing.
  • Knowledge of user experience, website best practices, site functionality and information architecture.
  • Knowledge of bank products/services and regulations.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to garner a deep understanding of our clients, business objectives, and priorities.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • 5+ years of team leadership experience, required.

Responsibilities

  • Creates functional strategies and objectives for marketing technology and associated platforms.
  • Establishes and integrates marketing technology stacks, improves workflow, and optimizes automation, reporting and analysis.
  • Streamlines and improves Bank OZK’s Search Engine Marketing practice.
  • Develops digital strategies and tactics, that inspire consumers, increase sales, and improve business performance.
  • Manages and owns the day-to-day operations of the website CMS and oversee marketing automation platforms.
  • Tests, tracks, learns, and optimizes performance via marketing automation and campaign optimization.
  • Conceptualizes, develops, and launches digital content which engages people and drives business value.
  • Executes Marketing objectives flawlessly through digital channels.
  • Implements, improves, and perfects current and future martech platforms.
  • Meets and exceeds service level agreements and develops and allocates Marketing spend based on ROI.
  • Continually scans the marketplace for insights and leverage best practices from within and outside industry.
  • Identifies and recruits talent to build a highly effective team.
  • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance essential job functions.
  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
