About The Position

Sollis Health is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Legal and Compliance to serve as the company’s first in-house attorney, reporting directly to the CEO. This executive will lead all legal and compliance matters across the organization, combining deep healthcare regulatory expertise with a practical, hands-on approach across commercial, employment, and real estate matters in a multi-market, high-growth environment. The SVP will advise on federal and state healthcare regulations, partner with clinical leadership on care delivery models and compliance, and ensure adherence to licensing, accreditation, and multi-state regulatory requirements. The role includes drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements, supporting strategic initiatives, and advising leadership on risk with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach. This leader will counsel on employment matters, partner with the People team to develop scalable risk mitigation practices, and support internal investigations and dispute resolution. The SVP will also support real estate expansion, manage outside counsel, oversee disputes, and drive disciplined management of legal spend. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, the SVP will translate complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable business guidance and build the legal and compliance infrastructure to support company growth.

Requirements

  • JD and active bar membership.
  • 10+ years of legal experience.
  • Law firm training.
  • Meaningful in-house experience.
  • Deep expertise in healthcare services regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Broad generalist experience across employment law, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and real estate.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience in cash-pay, concierge, and/or membership-based healthcare delivery models.
