Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise brokers, shippers, carriers, transportation/logistics providers, commercial banking clients, factoring clients, fintech organizations, or strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of transportation brokerage operations, shipper and carrier workflows, payments, intelligence/data services, LoadPay solutions, embedded finance, workflow automation, supply chain services, working capital products, and/or financial services.
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise client environments and manage sensitive operational and credit discussions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the operating system for managing Triumph’s top ~70–100 enterprise accounts (segmented by revenue, risk, and growth opportunity)
  • Establish consistent processes for account planning, engagement cadence, QBR structure, KPI tracking, and internal alignment
  • Ensure accountability across account owners and cross-functional teams… driving visibility and follow-through on priorities
  • Standardize reporting and executive-level summaries to provide clear insight into performance, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio
  • Support and enhance executive-level relationships across key enterprise accounts in coordination with assigned account owners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and internal escalation point when needed
  • Represent Triumph in strategic client meetings, industry events, and leadership discussions
  • Act as strategist and coordinator across Payments, Intelligence, LoadPay, and Factoring QBRs… ensuring consistency, rigor, and clear outcomes.
  • Drive structured QBR content including performance KPIs, adoption progress, DSO trends, operational metrics, and recommended actions
  • Facilitate alignment between account owners (ELT / senior leaders), product teams, and client stakeholders
  • Identify gaps in performance, adoption, or execution… and ensure clear action plans with ownership
  • Drive enterprise adoption of Triumph’s integrated platform by identifying and advancing cross-sell opportunities across: Payments, Intelligence, LoadPay, Factoring, Banking, Equipment Finance, Insurance, Embedded Financial Services, Workflow Automation, Data & Network Services, and FaaS
  • Coordinate introductions, deal progression, and execution with the appropriate sales and product teams
  • Ensure enterprise accounts are progressing toward multi-product adoption and increased wallet share
  • Align Triumph capabilities to customer priorities including growth, carrier engagement, network optimization, and financial performance
  • Ensure each enterprise account has a clear, current view of: Financial performance and trends, Operational health, Triumph credit exposure, Product utilization and growth indicators
  • Partner closely with Credit to align on open items, concerns, and required client deliverables
  • Participate in QBRs alongside Credit when appropriate to ensure alignment of growth and risk
  • Drive consistent communication across relationship, operations, and credit stakeholders
  • Proactively identify early warning signals - including deterioration in performance, operational disruption, fraud exposure, or behavioral changes
  • Escalate risks immediately – not awaiting formal review cycles
  • Reinforce expectations with clients around transparency, reporting, and compliance with agreed requirements
  • Participate in MLC / ELC discussions for applicable enterprise accounts. Provide objective, balanced input across: Relationship strength and executive alignment, Organizational stability, Engagement and responsiveness, Product utilization and dependency, Operational performance and risk profile
  • Act as a strategic advisor… not just a client advocate
  • Coordinate across Sales, Payments, Intelligence, LoadPay, Factoring, Banking, Equipment Finance, Insurance, Product, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership:
  • Assure clear documentation of account plans, risks, initiatives, and growth opportunities are maintained
  • Prepare executive-level summaries, account reviews, and strategic recommendations
  • Provide structured client feedback to Product and leadership teams to influence roadmap and platform evolution
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all enterprise relationships regardless of account owner
