Among the core duties are overseeing lead generation and management, guiding partners through the approval process, and providing comprehensive training on AOMS systems, workflow, products, and pricing. The SVP position is also responsible for promptly resolving both internal and external issues as they arise. Internally, the role demands collaboration to craft client-specific strategies that drive partner growth. Working closely with the team, the SVP helps shape and implement targeted marketing strategies for the correspondent space, while setting and communicating expectations on new and existing business each month. Acting as a catalyst for positive growth across all facets of AOMS, the SVP consistently shares insights about market trends and competitors to inform internal decision-making and strategy. Risk management with partners and prospects is another critical aspect, ensuring that AOMS navigates the unique challenges of this evolving market.
