About The Position

As a Service Advisor at Infiniti of Springfield, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless service experience for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, helping diagnose vehicle issues, communicate repair details, and coordinate service appointments efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient with computer systems and service software
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a warm and professional experience
Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and vehicle issues to accurately determine needed services
Explain service procedures, maintenance requirements, and repair options clearly to customers
Prepare detailed work orders and communicate effectively with technicians and the parts department
Manage customer appointments and follow up on service progress and vehicle readiness
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle histories, and service transactions
Ensure all service standards and dealership policies are met or exceeded
Promote dealership services and products in a positive, professional manner
