About The Position

Lockheed Martin Space Production Operations is seeking a Sustainment - System Integration and Test Engineering Associates Manager (L4) to join our team supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile Programs reporting to the Eastern Range Test Engineering Manager (L5). This Manager role will be located at the Eastern Range and will oversee the Electrical activities for the FBM Sustainment Test organization with support from Sustainment L3s. This test manager will be responsible for a multi-disciplined team of Electrical Test groups composed of engineers and represented employees. This leader will drive day-to-day test operations for the Sustainment group in support of the D5LE test activities to include leading technicians, engineers, and support groups to ensure cost and schedule performance is in line with baselines.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Experience working within DOD programs
  • Technical leadership experience (Coded or Noncoded)
  • Experience leading or working with represented workforce
  • Must have experience with manufacturing, production/assembly or test of complex spacecrafts or missiles.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration due to security clearance requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • CAM and EVMS experience and experience managing cost and schedule
  • Experience with the FBM program and customer base
  • Experience with testing (and associated processes) of support equipment and/or flight hardware
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience analyzing failure modes in test equipment
  • Exposure to the LMSpace enterprise systems (EPDM, SAP, Automation Framework)
  • Experience in development test planning
  • Previous CTC experience

Responsibilities
