BS Degree in Electrical Engineering. 3–6 years of experience in test/validation engineering, preferably within the automotive or related industry. This position focuses on the validation and testing of electrical components and systems. The role involves defining and executing test strategies to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This is a technical engineering role requiring strong analytical skills, experience in test development, and the ability to interpret data to support design decisions. The engineer will play a key role in identifying issues, predicting failures, and recommending design improvements based on test results. Experience in test planning, data analysis, and working with test equipment is essential. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in test/validation engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in developing test plans and executing validation activities
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with test equipment and data acquisition systems
  • Ability to interpret test results and identify performance issues
  • Experience in technical reporting and presenting results
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Experience in automotive or mobility industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop and define test plans, procedures, and specifications for electrical components and systems
  • Ensure alignment of testing activities with design requirements, performance targets, and standards
  • Create data settings and define test conditions to simulate real-world usage
  • Determine validation scope and identify additional testing needs when required
  • Prepare and set up test equipment and data acquisition systems
  • Conduct validation and confirmation testing on components and systems
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and completeness of test execution
  • Troubleshoot test setups and resolve issues during testing phases
  • Analyze and interpret test results to evaluate performance and reliability
  • Predict potential failure modes and identify root causes of issues
  • Verify that components meet design acceptance criteria and performance targets
  • Support decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Identify design or performance issues and propose corrective actions
  • Recommend design improvements and countermeasures based on test findings
  • Collaborate with design teams to implement solutions and optimize product performance
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with design, quality, and program teams to support product development
  • Communicate test results and technical findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to validation strategy discussions
  • Prepare and maintain detailed test reports and technical documentation
  • Summarize test results, conclusions, and recommendations
  • Present findings in formal reports and presentations
  • Ensure traceability and proper documentation of testing activities
