About The Position

The Sustainability Solutions Data Analyst is part of Conservice’s Customer Experience team within the Sustainability Solutions department, specifically Sustainability Data Management. The Analyst collects, interprets, and analyzes data to address customer needs and provide a seamless experience in the Goby platform. In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Consultants, the role applies structured problem-solving, streamlined processes, and data management principles to support foundational account success and create long-term customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or business.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a project environment serving customers and/or internal stakeholders; experience in consulting or similar corporate roles combining day-to-day operations and time-bound projects is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work across functions and seniority levels.
• Proficiency in data analytics and management using Google Suite, cloud platforms, and/or integrations such as Sheets, Salesforce, or AWS.
• Experience with technology platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, or related niche technologies.
• Understanding of the SaaS business model.
• Ability to learn and assess customer data needs using process methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar analytical frameworks.
• Demonstrate initiative and an ownership mindset by identifying and initiating value-add opportunities.
• Use strategic thinking and focus on root causes to solve problems constructively.
• Set and manage client expectations and communicate comprehensively and cohesively in written and verbal form.
• Meet client needs through a strong grasp of processes, technology, and objective use of data.
• Collaborate effectively with management and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Interest or experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to resolve data issues.
• Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop actions and guidelines that enable process improvements.
• Manage customer onboarding to the Conservice ESG platform and oversee ongoing maintenance.
• Manage customer relationships to promote and create value through business acumen, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
• Work with Goby’s internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings and drive growth.
