The Eurofins network of companies is the global leader in food, environment, pharmaceutical and cosmetic product testing and in agroscience Contract Research Organisation services. The Project Manager role will be primarily focused on managing site workplace wellness and inclusion initiatives. The role will also be required to maintain and expand community partnerships and represent Eurofins at external events. This position offers a hybrid schedule with a requirement for weekly on-site presence. The role involves coordinating data gathering and content for the business line annual sustainability report, enhancing the report with client-requested data and industry expectations, and publishing articles to communicate sustainable initiatives. It also includes providing education on sustainable business practices and ESG initiatives, supporting sustainability program initiatives, communicating with external contacts, and coordinating projects with Facilities and EHS management to reduce waste and energy consumption. The role may involve grant writing, researching and presenting new project ideas with ROI data, assisting with training new employees, supporting program expansion to other Eurofins BPT sites, and developing tools to track company cost savings related to sustainable initiatives.
