About The Position

The Project Manager role will be primarily focused on managing the site workplace wellness and inclusion initiatives. The PM role will also be required to maintain and expand community partnerships and represent Eurofins at external events. This role will coordinate data gathering and content for the business line annual sustainability report, enhance the sustainability report to include data that is being requested by clients or in order to comply with current industry expectations, and work with department management to publish articles in company/client newsletters to communicate sustainable initiatives. The role will provide education for clients/employees related to sustainable business practices and ESG initiatives, help to support Sustainability program initiatives, and communicate and provide support to external contacts for existing programs related to the sustainability program. The role will coordinate projects with Facilities and EHS management to reduce waste and energy consumption and recognize cost savings – may include grant writing when applicable. The role will independently research and present new project ideas related to sustainable initiatives including ROI data for Executive Management, assist with training new employees in the Sustainability department, support expansion of program at other Eurofins BPT sites, and develop tools to track company cost savings specific to sustainable initiatives for Executive Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, public health, communications with coursework/focus/concentration in sustainability.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
