The primary purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end and pep+/ Sustaiability communications, internal and external, making their added value tangible both internally and externally -media and customers-. It also coordinates Social impact projects. In a fast-paced environment, the main goal is to engage multiple stakeholders in the company’s strategy, focusing on topics such as regenerative agriculture, emission reductions, logistics, and plant operations. For the frontline communications, the role is not responsible for internal brand activity activations, but also to cascade global- corporate and local market unit key information to the frontline population, taking care of materials preparation, HRBPs coordination and message adaptation. External Responsibilities: Highlight company milestones in the media, to customers, and other external stakeholders. Including press releases, stakeholders event, external social media. Internal Responsibilities: Partner with Plant Managers, Agriculture, and the entire Supply Chain functions. At Market Unit level, West Europe and EMEA region-wide. Manage content across various company channels (newsletter, Town Halls, etc.). Reporting Structure: Reports to the Iberia Internal Communications Manager. Dotted line reporting to the External Communications Manager, and punctually to the Sustainability Manager and to the Public Affairs and social impact Manager. Provides services to the three main regional markets: Spain and Portugal. Acts as the focal point for stakeholders in these three countries.
