About The Position

Kura Sushi USA is hiring a Sushi Prep team member for its Union City location. This role supports the preparation of fresh, tasty, high-quality food and sushi according to Kura standards, while maintaining food safety and restaurant cleanliness. Team members are expected to be organized, able to multitask, enthusiastic about learning, and committed to working with the team. The position pays $17.30 per hour plus tips; actual tip earnings vary. The posting also lists a projected example of $27.30 per hour based on $10 per hour in tips. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available. Preferred availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
