About The Position

Bring your love for sushi, and we'll teach you the rest! Prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls for sale in the store and help customers with made-to-order or special requests. Work alongside experienced sushi chefs, learning traditional techniques and developing your craft in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients, including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice.
Assist in making sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization while following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely preparation.
Maintain excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction.
