The Survey Project Coordinator III performs administrative and technical services for surveying projects by supporting Project Managers and staff with project administration, scheduling, financial processing, and technical administration. DURING YOUR WORK DAY, YOU WILL: Provide administrative and technical support for surveying projects. Support Project Managers and staff with project administration, scheduling, financial processing, and technical administration. Assist with monitoring projects to ensure cost, timeframes, and the work performance meets or exceeds customer expectations. Assist with monitoring and ordering work supplies; schedule vehicle and equipment maintenance. Maintain inventory of all field equipment and vehicles on a weekly basis. Assist with compiling internal documentation and the inspection of deliverables for accuracy and correctness. Provide permit modifications requests, 811 tickets, records requests, MOT, and start work notice supports. Perform additional administrative and technical duties as assigned.
