The role works hours aligned with US-based colleagues on the East Coast and may be hybrid from Guidepoint’s Mumbai or Pune offices in India, or remote. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience programming market research surveys in Qualtrics or another online survey platform.
  • Ability to work with internal teams to gather requirements, translate specification documents into programmed surveys, and communicate timing expectations.
  • Comfort implementing more complex survey design elements, including conjoint, maxdiff, and least-fill randomization.
  • Experience conducting survey quality assurance to ensure work aligns with requested specifications and design.
  • Ability to advise on survey design best practices and flag designs that may be difficult for respondents to answer.

Nice To Haves

  • Ensure questions and supporting media—including video, images, and formatted text—are displayed accessibly, clearly, attractively, and engagingly.
  • Recommend adjustments or request clarification from project managers when designs or specifications are unclear or could confuse respondents.
  • Conduct quality assurance on programmed surveys to confirm they meet client and project requirements before sending.
  • Set up projects to collect sample, either internally or through redirects from external recruitment partners.
  • Manage and upload third-party translations and check that they display correctly for end respondents.
  • Communicate project status, edit requests, questions, and timing expectations with project managers through instant messaging, video calls, and project management platforms.
  • Coordinate with fieldwork teams to ensure quotas are set up and kept current.
  • Perform other duties as required.
