About The Position

Parametrix is seeking passionate survey professionals to join their team. They are looking for individuals with experience in various surveying roles, including Survey Technician, Field Surveyor, LSIT, Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), or Project Surveyor. The role involves working on diverse projects such as boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys, construction staking, control networks, utility and roadway improvements, right-of-way and as-built surveys, records research, and survey data processing. Opportunities also exist to work with emerging technologies like UAV and laser scanning, as well as project planning and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

• Experience in land surveying, field operations, office surveying, or project management
• Familiarity with modern survey equipment and technology, including GPS, robotic total stations, scanners, drones, and related software
• Experience with survey processing and CAD software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

• LSIT and/or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure is valued for many roles but is not required for every opportunity
