Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
4 years of experience with progressing responsibility in working on a survey crew
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
Must be available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments

Responsibilities

Leading field aspects of a project by planning, organizing and directing the daily work of the survey crew.
Ensure safety is always prioritized
Collaboration with Survey Supervisor and/or practice leader in scheduling and coordinating field work
Supervise work of survey crew, evaluate priorities and coordinate and organize the work efforts without direct supervision
Verify field survey activities are performed in accordance with standard procedures, standards set by applicable state statutes, and the ACSM
Maintain equipment by cleaning, completing preventative maintenance and performing calibrations
Communicate effectively with professional staff regarding projects
Participate in business development and customer service
