About The Position
This position is responsible for supervising the surveillance team in monitoring of the gaming activities of the casino and/or other specified areas as designated by the Surveillance Management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma, a GED or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years gaming surveillance experience.
- An understanding of policies, procedures and Gaming Operations in general.
- Basic understanding of casino gaming and hospitality systems.
- Must have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is preferred.
- Non-gaming Surveillance experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Assist in working towards the goals of the business and department through monitoring and directing of staff, inventory, and departmental functions.
- Must be willing to perform the duties of Operator or Technician.
