About The Position

Supervise Surveillance Team Members as well as observing and protecting casino assets via CCTV. This role involves observing all activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures. The position also requires observing areas of the casino, atrium, and parking areas for safety hazards to ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. The Surveillance Supervisor will operate monitor room equipment, complete proper reports and documentation, and supervise department team members on procedures for protecting casino assets and internal controls. Additionally, the role involves assisting in scheduling and training of staff, maintaining a thorough working knowledge of all Table Games and gaming and non-gaming departments, reporting all violations and suspicious activity to management, and reviewing surveillance department actions, personnel, and processes with Surveillance Management. The role may also include meeting with departmental management and leaders as necessary, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.
  • Must be able to read/write in the English language.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of four (4) year’s work experience in casino surveillance with at least two (2) years as a Supervisor or above.
  • Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in a confined space with low lighting.
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30lbs.
  • Must have excellent vision and hearing.
  • Must be able to grasp, handle, and reach with hands and fingers.
  • Stand and walk 30% of the time.
