About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role may be based in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is located in Lebanon, Tennessee, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.19.

The officer monitors and analyzes security systems, documents incidents, responds to potential threats, conducts patrols, controls access to secure areas, and helps protect people and property. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. A uniform is provided at no cost. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities
