About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Lebanon, Tennessee. The officer monitors security systems and screens for suspicious activity, documents events, responds to potential threats, and conducts patrols to help protect people and property. The role also involves controlling access to secure areas, verifying visitor identities, reviewing systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions, and coordinating with law enforcement during serious incidents or emergencies.

The position offers weekend-only part-time schedules: Saturday and Sunday from 4 p.m. to midnight, or Saturday and Sunday from midnight to 8 a.m. The hourly wage is $20.00. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
