About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a part-time Surveillance Security Officer in Ronkonkoma, New York. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to spot threats before they escalate, protecting people and property, and working in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., for 20 hours per week, at $17.70 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a New York State security license.

Responsibilities
