About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Lebanon, Tennessee. The officer monitors security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity and threats before they escalate, and helps protect people and property. The role also includes documenting events, responding to incidents, patrolling premises, controlling access, assessing security systems, and collaborating with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.

The schedule is full-time on Saturdays and Sundays, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.19. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
