About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify potential threats before they escalate. The role is based in Lebanon, Tennessee, with a full-time weekend schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.19.

The officer will observe surveillance screens, document incidents, respond to potential threats, conduct patrols, control access to secure areas, and help protect people and property. The role also involves reviewing security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions and collaborating with law enforcement during serious incidents or emergencies. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
