Surveillance Agent
About The Position
Observe gaming and non-gaming activity using electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations, and rules, and to protect company assets from illegal or questionable activities. Observe, document, and report variances involving company policies, internal controls, money-handling activity, and state gaming regulations. Complete daily audits of department activity and duty logs, and cooperate with departments during investigations. The role requires thorough knowledge of table games and gaming functions, and immediate response to activities that appear unusual or suspicious. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and all casino games.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any certifications and/or licenses required by local gaming regulations.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 6 months of casino surveillance experience is preferred.
