About The Position

Donor Concierge, part of the NorthStar Fertility family of companies, is hiring a Surrogacy Program Manager to help lead and grow its surrogacy program. Donor Concierge is a trusted, concierge-style service that guides Intended Parents through every step of their family-building journey, offering personalized support and access to a highly curated network of top-tier agencies, clinics, and professionals. The Surrogacy Program Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Donor Concierge’s surrogacy program. This role oversees surrogate screening and medical records review, manages key partnerships with agencies and clinics, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver a high-quality, seamless experience for Intended Parents. The ideal candidate brings strong program management and relationship management skills, along with expertise in third-party reproduction. The Donor Concierge team is made up of experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate professionals who specialize in matching and care coordination. With access to one of the largest and most established networks in the industry, the team serves as a dedicated advocate and trusted resource for Intended Parents throughout their fertility journey.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
4–6 years of experience in surrogacy, third-party reproduction, or a related field
Strong knowledge of surrogacy processes, medical screening, and industry regulations (ASRM, FDA HCT/P)
Experience managing programs, workflows, or operations in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to manage external partnerships and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the development, execution, and growth of our surrogacy program in alignment with company’s strategic goals
Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on data and outcomes
Develop program evaluation metrics and reporting tools for tracking numbers of candidates approved/disqualified, agency and other industry-partner performance, matching timelines, etc.
Oversee the medical records review function to ensure surrogate candidates meet internal and clinic standards
Partner with Case Managers to provide guidance, troubleshooting, and be a subject matter expert on whether a gestational carrier should be approved or disqualified, and why / why not based on ASRM standards, internal protocol, clinic-partner requirements, and IP preferences
Drive team productivity, accountability, and high-quality standards by maintaining a high percentage of internal GC denials and a low percentage of external denials at the clinic level
Maintain and strengthen relationships with surrogacy agencies, providing feedback on screening and candidate quality
Collaborate with fertility clinics to align on expectations and improve matching outcomes
Conduct outreach to clinic partners to promote services and maintain engagement
Serve as a subject matter expert to guide Intended Parents, and partners through the surrogacy journey
For private client engagements, coordinate with clinics, attorneys, and other providers; monitor progress and provide regular client updates
Review surrogate candidate profiles and obtain additional information as needed for informed decision-making
Maintain accurate data within the CRM, including surrogate pipelines, agency performance, and outcomes
Track and report on program metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with FDA HCT/P regulations and ASRM guidelines
