The position is for a highly skilled Surgical Technologist looking for a dynamic team environment to make a difference.

Requirements

  • Must be registered on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Persons (UAP) Registry prior to start date.
  • Must be a Certified Surgical Technician or gain your CST within 90 days of employment.
  • No previous experience required, other than clinical lab with schooling.
  • Ability to organize assignments and work under pressure.
  • Basic Life Support Certification within 480 hours of employment and meets re-certification as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree from an approved school of Surgical Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain, and monitor sterile fields with the highest standards.
  • Anticipate surgeon's needs and pass instruments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with RNs on counts and ensure medication safety.
  • Actively participate in the Time-out process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant operating room environment.
