About The Position

VitalHire is hiring a travel Surgical Technologist (CST – Ortho/Robotics) for an acute care hospital in Davenport, Iowa. This is a 13-week contract with a day shift from 06:00 to 16:30, totaling 40 hours per week. The listed weekly pay is $2,180 ($54.50 per hour for 40 hours), with a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week where eligible. The position has one opening and a start date of November 2, 2026.

VitalHire provides weekly direct deposit and a dedicated recruiter who supports the traveler from submission through the last shift. The company also assists with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding. Contract extensions and new assignments are often available.

Requirements

• Any Iowa license or certification required for this role.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA CST) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of recent CST experience in acute care.
• BLS (AHA).
