About The Position

Prepare pristine surgical environments by setting up sterile and non-sterile instruments and equipment prior to procedures, ensuring a seamless, safe, and infection-free setting for every patient. Partner seamlessly with surgeons during operations by anticipating needs and passing required tools with speed and precision, keeping the surgical team focused and the procedure flowing smoothly. Safeguard patient safety through meticulous instrument organization and continuous tracking before, during, and after surgery to ensure 100% surgical count accuracy. Champion patient comfort and dignity by actively assisting with patient preparation, safe transportation, positioning, and draping ahead of procedures. Deliver critical intraoperative support by assisting surgeons with hemostasis and key surgical tasks to promote stable, positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
