About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with a strong background in orthopedic and surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various surgical techniques and technologies, including robotics, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist or in a related surgical tech role.
• Experience with spine procedures, including pedicle screws and ACDF surgeries.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must be located within 30 minutes of the facility.
• Ability to respond to call within 2 hours.
• Weekend call requirements on a rotating basis.
• Orientation of approximately 10 hours prior to start date.
• Submission of required credentials and health checks prior to start date.

Nice To Haves

• National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures with a focus on general, hand, foot/ankle, sports medicine, and total joint-robotics.
• Utilize advanced surgical technologies such as Mako, Rosa, and Cori systems.
• Ensure readiness of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Participate in call rotation as required.
