Surgical Technologist - Straight Nights
About The Position
Sanford Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to provide surgical care as an integral member of the medical practitioner team. The role assists surgeons during procedures by preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies and anticipating the surgeon’s needs. New graduates are welcome to apply, with or without national certification. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week on 10-hour night shifts. The salary range is $24.00–$38.50 per hour. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible applicants who commit to two years of work. Non-certified technologists start at $24 per hour, while certified technologists start at $25.50 per hour, with increases based on applicable work experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry when employment begins.
Nice To Haves
- National certification through the NBSTSA is preferred but not required.
