About The Position

Join one of the nation’s leading Labor & Delivery teams, supporting more than 6,000 births each year in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment. At BWH, Surgical Techs are key members of the OB surgical team, assisting with Cesarean sections, Emergency C-sections, Postpartum hemorrhage procedures, D&C procedures, Tubal ligations, and Complex maternal-fetal surgeries. You’ll work alongside OB surgeons, anesthesia, NICU, nursing, and physician teams in a collaborative academic medical center known for advanced maternal care.

Requirements

• CST Certification required
• 2+ years Surgical Tech experience preferred
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• CST Certification preferred
• BLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile surgical fields
