About The Position

The Surgical Technologist II, under the direct supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse and/or physician, is assigned as an assistant to specific service areas in the Surgical Suite. The role is based in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-tech surgical environment at Cooper’s Camden Campus, where the operating-room team cares for complex cases. Cooper’s surgical services include 30 operating rooms and more than 70 surgeries each day, with opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists.
• Hold a Certified Surgical Technologist credential administered by the NBSTSA or its successor, or another nationally recognized credentialing organization such as NCCT.
• Weekend, holiday, and call rotation is required.
• Must be certified to qualify for the sign-on bonus.

Nice To Haves

• One year of Surgical Technologist experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Benefits

• Sign-on bonus: $4,000 for full-time or $2,000 for part-time with a two-year commitment; $2,000 for full-time or $1,000 for part-time with a one-year commitment. Offer valid through December 31, 2026.
